Germains offers a full range of seed polymers. We are seed technology specialists that offer a variety seed enhancement services that may be customized to suit a number of different needs. When Pelleting or Encrusting Use Spectrum® 100 Polymers
For encrustment work, spectrum® 100 is the polymer of choice and is used extensively in this area. The 100 series is ideal for the application of build-up of solids, such as seed coating and pelleting materials to increase seed weight and improve plantability.
The 100 series is available in a range of standard colors, as well as an uncolored neutral version.

We recommend that the 100 series seed polymers are best used when diluted with water in a 1:1 to 1:3 ratio. The dilution rate is dependent on the specific application and the amount of solid binding capacity required.

Seed Polymer Ordering and Options
When ordering seed polymers, you may choose quantities and select from a variety packaging options ranging from one box packed with 2 x 2.5 gallons, 5-gallon pail, 55-gallon drums or 265-gallon totes. Our polymers are designed to remain stable in storage (ask for storage guidelines) for one year period from the manufacturer’s date on the label and must be mixed before using.
Spectrum polymers price range is based on the quantity per order. Price breaks range per the following amounts: 0-15 gallons, 16-60 gallons, 61 to 240 gallons, 241-499 gallons, and 500 to 999 gallons.
