We currently offer a choice in medical plans including an Anthem PPO, Anthem High Deductible Health Plan with HSA, and Kaiser. VSP vision coverage and Anthem Dental are included with the medical plans. Germains covers a substantial portion of the premium with a small percentage for employees to contribute each pay period.
