At Germains, Paul will lead the European R&D team, collaborating closely with counterparts in North America to ensure alignment with global growth objectives. He will drive efforts to stimulate innovation, develop new products, and identify collaboration opportunities within the seed industry. Paul will also serve as the technical face of the European business, representing Germains at industry events and fostering strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.
