Organic Seed Priming

Organic seed priming is the process of regulating germination by managing the temperature and seed moisture content. Priming is especially valuable under sub-optimal growing conditions in the field, particularly in cold, wet and/or extreme heat conditions. Priming stacked with other Germains seed technologies maximise your crops potential from planting to harvest. ProBio® Health and Pelleting products can be combined with Priming customized according to customer requirements.

Organic Seed Priming technologies offers many benefits, including:

  • Faster speed of emergence
  • Improved uniformity
  • Earlier canopy development
  • Wider temperature range for germination
  • Increased final population
  • Optimized harvesting performance
  • Higher yields and product quality

Available for a wide range of species, available for both conventional and organic growers, Organic Emergis® is a seed priming process that helps improve speed of germination, provides a more uniform emergence, promotes earlier and stronger plant establishment.

Species availability:
Carrot, Celery, Coriander, Fennel, Leek, Onion, Parsley, Parsnip, Pumpkin, Tomatoes

Improve the speed and uniformity in the germination process with Organic Tempo® priming available for both organic and conventional growers. Organic Tempo® helps combat abiotic stresses related to temperature and light, enabling the seed to germinate in the dark and under temperature stresses.
