Springwood High School Visit
On Wednesday 24th April employees from Germains UK R&D facility opened their doors to 30 A-Level biology students from local school, Springwood Highschool Academy.
The students were, introduced to Germains, the work that we undertake, and a tour of the R&D facilities. The students had the opportunity to participate in a variety of hands on demonstration experiments and ask a range of questions. The A-level Biology students got to see their classroom theory in action in time for their summer exams.
Many of the students who visited are interested in furthering their education in the sciences at university level, including courses such as Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry and Medicine.
