Throughout the year, Germains Seed Technology North America sponsors, attends, and exhibits at events that support the seed industry, growers, and community throughout Europe and North America. By participating in such activities, we continue to strengthen our relationships with industry partners, educate end consumers about the seed treatments we offer, engage with educational institutions, and engage with future generations who will lead the agriculture industry for years to come.

Guests will enjoy a wide variety of speakers and panel presentations on the topics of crop protection, the future of farming, automation, harvest technology, innovation, worker safety and regulations. Event admission is FREE to attendees and all proceeds from sponsorships and the exhibition will benefit the Hartnell College Agriculture Business and Technology Institute students.
Now entering its 7th year, Indoor Ag-Con is a magnet for indoor ag industry leaders and decision-makers. It unites growers, investors, chefs, tech geeks, produce buyers, academics, policymakers, industry suppliers and advocates in lively discussions of the industry’s promise, issues and future across formal conference proceedings, practical mini workshops, exhibits, lunch table discussions, and unconferencing sessions.
ISF World Seed Congress 2018
The ISF World Seed Congress 2019 will be held in Nice, France. More than 1500 seed industry professionals are expected to gather to discuss the global issues facing the seed industry.Queensland from 3-6 June.

The National Sunflower Association (NSA) is a non-profit agricultural organization working on problems and opportunities for the improvement of all members. The 36th Annual NSA Summer Seminar features social events, fundraisers, Golf Tournament and Breakout Session among industry leaders. The seminar takes place in Alexandria, Minnesota.
The 2019 Forbes AgTech Summit will bring together over 600 global agriculture leaders and entrepreneurs to tackle some of the world’s most critical challenges. Held once again under the big tents on historic Main Street Salinas — where the Silicon and Salinas Valleys meet — the Summit will foster lively debate and generate rich networking opportunities. You’ll be introduced to the latest technology startups-to-watch within the global agricultural ecosystem, as we challenge minds to think bigger and bolder.
The purpose of the school is to provide to its students the basics of sugar beet production, as well as the latest technology and practices. The course will concentrate on, but not be exclusive to, that area of the country in which it is being held in any year. The school should increase the knowledge and heighten the awareness of its students to circumstances they may encounter in the area of sugar beet production. Date TBD
Beginning in mid July, Sugar beet cooperatives across the United States run trials to approve varieties for production by their growers. Most Sugar Cooperatives including the Western Sugar Cooperative, have an official variety trial tour where cooperative personnel and Seed Company representatives tour the trial locations. Variety tours provide an excellent opportunity to meet with sugar cooperative and seed company representatives.
The Mexican Association of Seeders A.C. (AMSAC by its acronym in Spanish) is an Association with almost 50 years of experience and a voluntary affiliation that is compose of more than 70 active members, from microenterprises to multinationals. Attendees will have the opportunity to create contact, strategic alliances, build up partnership, increase sales, and gain more presence of your brand among all the members of the Association and other institutions that are a part of the industry.
The Amalgamated Sugar Company LLC produces sugar from sugarbeets grown by the 750 plus members of their parent cooperative, Snake River Sugar Company. Amalgamated Sugar is the second largest manufacturer of sugar from sugarbeets in the United States, and sells sugar across the country through our national sales company, National Sugar Marketing LLC. With Sugarbeets being ready for harvest in October and November, Amalgamated Sugar hosts its tours in Late August.
Each year Michigan Sugar Company conducts its annual Official Sugarbeet Variety Tour (OVT) in “Thumb of Michigan”. This two-day event allows sugarbeet breeders and company personnel to evaluate variety research conducted by Michigan Sugar Company and Michigan State University Sugarbeet Advancement. Michigan’s variety evaluation program is somewhat unique compared to other areas. Date to be confirmed.
The California Seed Association (CSA) hosts Mid Year Meetings, bringing hundreds of organizations and attendees together. The annual Pacific North West Vegetable Association (PNVA) Conference is fast approaching and will be held at the Three Rivers Convention Center in Kennewick, WA on November 14th & 15th. Come join other growers, vendors, and support sponsors for talks about the industry, breakout speakers, and social events. Date TBD
Launched by the Organic Produce Network (OPN) and California Certified Organic Farmers (CCOF), the Organic Grower Summit (OGS) will bring organic growers, producers and processors to Monterey for two days of education, information and networking opportunities with their production supply chain and support service providers.
The 2019 Great Lakes Fruit, Vegetable, and Farm Market Expo will welcome over 450 exhibitors showing a variety of products and services for growers, greenhouse and farm marketers. Exhibitors include farm equipment companies, seed companies, nurseries, fertilizer and farm chemical manufacturers and suppliers, packaging equipment and container companies, and greenhouse-specific suppliers. Many state and federal agencies also exhibit, updating attendees on current programs and regulations.
The American Sugarbeet Growers Association is a national trade association representing 10,000 owners and operators of family farms. State and regional associations are located in 11 states: California, Colorado, Idaho, Minnesota, Michigan, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oregon, Washington and Wyoming.
The Southwest Ag Summit is the desert Southwest’s premier agriculture industry show. In partnership with the University of Arizona, Arizona Western College and Yuma County Farm Bureau, Yuma Fresh Vegetable Association organizers ensure the summit provides current content that growers will directly apply to their present cultural and management practices. World renowned experts present on topics including but not limited to irrigation management, immigration reform, fresh produce safety, crop protection, energy conservation, new cropping technology and urban encroachment.
