Germains Seed Technology strives to provide a best-in-industry benefits plan for all regular, full-time employees in order to support health and wellness. Germains North America Benefit Options:<\/h2>\n

Health Plans<\/h3>\n

We currently offer a choice in medical plans including an Anthem PPO, Anthem High Deductible Health Plan with HSA, and Kaiser.\u00a0 VSP vision coverage and Anthem Dental are included with the medical plans. Germains covers a substantial portion of the premium with a small percentage for employees to contribute each pay period.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
